Frustrated by a setback in losing weight…?
I am just about finished doing that Power 90 program, but had hit a weight loss plateau. Then, this last weekend got out and mowed the lawn. Afterward, scale said I had lost 2 pounds from plateau. But Sunday (my rest day and has been my diet cheat day) I jumped back up 3 pounds. I did cheat, BUT did not gorge. And now I feel stuck again.
I’m 6-8 pounds over my upper BMI range threshold and just can’t seem to get any closer.
Any suggestions?
Think positive.When something sets you back,jump right back up onto the band wagon.Take it as a challenge and fight it to the end.
